For public and private colleges and universities operating under the Higher Education Department, the Punjab government has announced holidays (HED).
The Secretary of HED has officially announced that the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) would be closed from December 24 through December 31. On January 2, classes will start up again.
Despite the Christmas break, BS programmes will run as usual, and all exams will be held when the relevant boards and universities have scheduled them.
The Punjab administration previously released the dates for the province’s public and private schools’ winter breaks.
As per a notice from Punjab’s School Education Department (SED), all public and private schools in the region would be closed from December 24 to December 31. On January 2, the schools will reopen.
