Dengue virus has already infected 130 more persons in KP

PESHAWAR: According to a health department official who spoke to the media on Saturday, the Dengue virus is now affecting up to 130 additional persons in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, bringing the total number of dengue cases in the province to 21,870.

The source revealed that Peshawar has reported up to 58 instances at a time, bringing the total number of cases to 9,218. He claimed that Mardan had recorded 13 dengue cases, bringing the total to 4,015.

Additionally, he informed them, 18 new instances had been reported in Lower Dir, 17 in Bannu, and 16 in Swabi. Eight more people were admitted to the hospital throughout the course of the last day, bringing the total to 24.
