Men’s Future Tours Programme 2023–2027 is unveiled by PCB

LAHORE: The men’s Future Tours Programme 2023–2027 was published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Wednesday, in which the nation will host 10 Test-playing teams.

The PCB stated on its preparation for the tour programmes that “player workload management, relevant and exciting bilateral cricket, and preparations for the ICC global tournaments were the cornerstones of the plan and philosophy.”

Over the course of the four years, the PCB has scheduled about 238 days of international cricket, including 27 ICC World Test Championship matches (13 at home and 14 away), 47 one-day international matches (26 at home and 21 at home), and 56 T20 International matches (27 home and 29 away).

The ACC 50-over Asia Cup and the ICC Champions Trophy, which Pakistan will host in 2023 and 2025, respectively, are two examples of these.Depending on how Pakistan performs in ICC and ACC competitions between 2023 and 2027, as well as in the three-nation ODI series in 2025 and 2026, the number of games may increase.
