Mohammad Rizwan, the wicketkeeper-batsman for Pakistan, talked about being the best batter and expressed his happiness at the change after years of being criticized.

The legendary batsman broke a streak of more than 1,000 days on Wednesday when he dethroned Babar Azam from the top spot in the T20I rankings.

In an interview published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Instagram, Rizwan said: “I am pleased as God has honored me with this feat because people used to say that I cannot smash a six.” The wicketkeeper also asserted that he and Babar are genetically identical. It doesn’t matter if I win or Babar does; whatever matters is that Pakistan maintains the record.
