Anil Kapoor recently expressed his dissatisfaction with his daughter Sonam Kapoor Ahuja’s decision to become a mother. The Dil Dhadakne Do actor and his daughter Sonam, who is expecting her first child with spouse Anand Ahuja, have a special affinity.
Anil is now promoting his film Juggjug Jeeyo, according to Hindustan Times, and during a media engagement, one of the reporters questioned him about his first thoughts after learning of his daughter Sonam’s pregnancy. “I was both emotional and overjoyed when I learned of Sonam’s pregnancy. “It’s a lovely thing,” the 65-year-old answered.
He did, however, say that moms should not be “overprotective.” “Moms these days are a touch too protective. When I overhear things from my wife, I don’t think you should be overprotective,” the actor remarked.
Sonam, on the other hand, has been enjoying her time in London with her husband in the run-up to her due date.
She recently shared images from her baby shower on Instagram, in which the expectant mother looked stunning.
