An official government release stated that four people were killed and 13 were reported missing in the neighbouring hilly state of Uttarakhand as a result of the constant rain.We have used helicopters to rescue persons who have become caught in far-off places as a result of rain-related occurrences. According to Ranjit Kumar Sinha, a representative of the disaster management office for Uttarakhand, the rescue effort is in full swing.
